The following terms and conditions apply to all participating or booking tour with us ‘’Mongolian Mountain Summit LLC’’. We strongly recommend that you also read the Terms and Condition relating to your trip prior to booking to ensure that you understand the itinerary, style, and physical demands of the trip you are undertaking.
- Booking and Payment
If you decide to choose each tour, first of all you have to fill the form. Then we will issue trip advisory, invoice to require 20 percent of total payment via credit or debit card required at time of booking. Balance should be paid after you arrive in Mongolia or via credit/debit card, bank transfer.

- Required Medical Information
You must be inform in advance any medical information reasonably about health problem, impairment, pregnancy under 16 week. We reserves the right to deny you permission to travel or participate in any aspect of a Tour at any time and at your own risk and expense where the Tour Operator determines that your physical or mental condition renders you unfit for travel or you represent a danger to yourself or others.
- Cancelation by traveler
If you cancel some or all portions of your booking cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation. If you cancel a trip:
- Cancelation 60 days or more before first departure on relevant booking: No fee applies.
- Cancelation 21-60 days before departure date: 20% of the tour price is held as cancellation.
- Cancelation 2-21 days before departure date: 30% of the total tour payment is held as cancellation.
- Cancellation after departure: 40% of the total tour payment is held as cancellation.
- Cancellation after tour started: No refund will be payable for cancelled.
Note: The client will be responsible for the basic transfer fee.
- Cancelation by us
We may cancel a trip at any time up to 21 days before departure, due to natural disaster, terrorism, political instability and other external events it is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. If we cancel your trip, you can transfer amounts paid to an alternate departure date or receive a full refund. In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.
- Changes
Decisions about stopping the services of natural disasters, wars, riots, transport and hotel services, and any decisions taken by the competent state authorities may explain the cause and change the cost of travel.
- MARKETING
The Company reserves the right to use any video/photographs taken during tour for use in marketing or any advertising material. The client further agrees that the Company shall retain copyright over any such photographs and videos taken during the tour and/or used in its brochures and, to the extent necessary, the client hereby assigns copyright in such photographs and/
or videos to the Company.
