Thank you for choosing Mongolian Mountain Summit LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). We are committed to providing you with a safe and memorable adventure. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before completing your booking.
1. Booking and Contract Formation
- Application: To book a tour, please complete the official booking form and pay the required deposit.
- Contract Commencement: The travel contract becomes effective once the Company accepts your booking and receives a deposit (ranging from 5% to 20% of the total tour price).
- Deposit: The deposit will be applied toward the total tour price, cancellation fees, or penalties as applicable.
2. Eligibility and Participation
- Health and Physical Condition: Travelers with physical disabilities, health concerns, or those requiring special assistance must inform the Company at the time of booking. A medical certificate may be requested if necessary.
- Minors: Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Participants aged 15–17 traveling without a parent must provide written parental consent.
- Refusal of Participation: The Company reserves the right to refuse a booking if a traveler’s behavior is deemed likely to cause distress or danger to others or interfere with the smooth operation of the tour.
3. Payment Terms
- Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 21 days prior to the tour start date.
- Local Payment: Remaining balances may also be paid in cash (USD or JPY) upon arrival in Mongolia, calculated at the Bank of Mongolia’s exchange rate on the day of payment.
- Credit Cards: Payments via credit card are accepted. (Please note that a processing fee may apply; please inquire for details).

Notes on Remittance:
- Remittance Fees: All intermediary bank charges and receiving fees must be covered by the remitter (the traveler).
- Accuracy: Please double-check the SWIFT code and Account Name. Errors may result in delays or additional bank charges for returned transfers.
4. Changes to Itinerary and Pricing
The Company reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary or price in the event of force majeure, including natural disasters, war, riots, suspension of transportation/accommodation services, government orders, or significant flight schedule changes.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, the following fees will apply based on when the notice is received:
- 21 to 8 days before departure: 20% of the total tour price.
- 7 to 2 days before departure: 30% of the total tour price.
- 1 day before departure: 50% of the total tour price.
- On the day of departure: 80% of the total tour price.
- After departure or No-show: 100% of the total tour price. (Note: Any bank transfer fees for refunds will be deducted from the refundable amount.)
6. Termination by the Company
The Company may terminate the contract before or during the tour if the traveler fails to meet participation requirements, is deemed medically unfit to continue, or severely disrupts the group’s safety and discipline.
7. Liability and Exemptions
The Company is liable for damages caused by the negligence of the Company or its service providers. However, the Company is not responsible for damages resulting from:
- Natural disasters, riots, or strikes.
- Accidents or fires involving transportation or lodging.
- Government orders, quarantine, theft, or food poisoning.
- Accidents occurring during free/unorganized time.
- Failure to follow the instructions of the mountain guides.
8. Insurance
While the Company maintains liability insurance as required by Mongolian law, our coverage is limited. For your protection, we strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive Travel Insurance that covers high-altitude mountaineering, emergency medical evacuation, and trip cancellation.
9. Media Usage
Videos and photos taken by our staff or professional photographers during the tour may be used for promotional purposes (website, social media). If you do not wish to be featured, please notify us in advance.
