As our Regional Manager for Bayan-Olgii—Mongolia’s westernmost province—Masgut oversees all logistics and tour operations in the Altai mountains. An economist by profession, he has been an integral part of the tourism industry since 2015, working as both a specialized driver and guide.
Masgut is renowned for his exceptional organizational skills and his ability to solve complex logistical challenges in remote areas. His deep knowledge of the local Kazakh culture and terrain ensures that every expedition is managed with the highest safety standards. An avid fisherman and skilled off-road driver, he provides our guests with authentic insights and reliable support in the heart of the Altai region.
