Asralt Peak, the highest summit of the Hentii Mountain Range, stands at 2799 meters. It is a prominent peak in Mongolia’s major mountain ranges and is well-regarded as a prime climbing destination for aspiring Mongolian mountaineers. Located in Erdene Village, Central Province, it is approximately 110 kilometers from Ulaanbaatar. We will drive as far as possible and then start trekking after transferring our luggage to the mules. During summer, access by vehicle is challenging due to marshes and rivers. The area is home to wildlife such as deer (Alces alces), wolves, bears, cougars, wolverines, and minks, which live undisturbed by humans.

Highlights

This course is recommended for those who enjoy nature, camping, and horseback riding. Experience pristine nature untouched by human hands, with opportunities to trek and ride horses as much as you desire. Additionally, you will have the chance to summit Asralt Peak, the highest peak in the Hentii Mountain Range at 2799 meters.
